Improper dropping of the bar (e.g., dropping the bar onto a box, bench, spotter arms, or pegs in a power rack, excessive dropping with inadequate or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping onto concrete or similar surfaces, and similar uses) is also considered negligent or incorrect use. Any specific issues with a RitKeep product that result in customer dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
