Shipping and delivery conditions

Scope of Delivery

We ship our products not only within Germany, but also to numerous other European countries. These include France, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, and Croatia. 

Note: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Time

  • Orders without pre-order items: Processing and shipping within 2-3 days .
  • Orders including pre-order items: Processing and shipping within 15 business days .
  • Delivery time: 10-15 days .

Note: Delivery times may be affected by special circumstances such as natural disasters, government measures, or social anomalies. We will inform you on the shop homepage if such circumstances occur.

Shipping Costs

We ship directly from our warehouse in Germany. The following conditions apply for deliveries within Germany:

  • Standard delivery: 39 .
  • Free delivery: Available for orders over 300 € .

Note: Please check your address before purchase, as address changes are generally not possible after shipment. Additional costs may apply for address changes. If there are any logistical delays, please contact us with your order number at support_eu@ritkeep.com .

Shipping Damage

We offer shipping insurance at checkout and recommend you inspect your goods before signing.

If your package arrives damaged, YOU MUST note this on the waybill. Without this note, we cannot file a damage claim with the carrier or return your package. If the package is damaged but the product is intact and functional, we will not issue a replacement.

Note: Please count the number of packages/items and ensure they match the waybill and your delivery note. Packaging material (e.g., pallets, films, or cartons) will not be taken back by the carrier.

 

Customs Duties, Fees, and Taxes

RitKeep includes customs duties and taxes in the total amount of your order.

 

Undeliverable Packages

Should a package be undeliverable due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

 

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment and the estimated delivery date via the provided tracking link.
