30-Day Return Policy

RitKeep offers a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your items.

 

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order at any time before shipment. RitKeep typically processes cancellations within 2-3 business days
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. For more information, please contact us at support_eu@ritkeep.com.
  • After canceling an order, the stock will no longer be reserved for you. This may lead to insufficient stock for future purchases. Contact us if you wish to reorder.
  • After submitting a cancellation request, you will receive an email with the processing result. If the cancellation is not successful, please follow the steps outlined in our return policy to initiate a return.
  • In cases where delivery is delayed due to special circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), we will notify you by email.

Restrictions on Returns Without Reason

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and suitable for resale. This includes:

  • The product's outer packaging is complete;
  • The product must be in good condition and show no scratches, wear and tear, damage, or signs of use.
  • All accessories must be included.

If the returned product does not meet these criteria, RitKeep reserves the right to refuse the return, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: No refunds are available for clearance and special offer items.

 

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Send photos of the damaged item to support_eu@ritkeep.com. RitKeep reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its sole discretion. If you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos so we can assess the issue.

 

Exchanges

For a quick exchange, we recommend returning the item and purchasing the new one separately. Contact RitKeep at support_eu@ritkeep.com to request a return. Upon approval, you will receive return details. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to buyer's remorse, incorrect orders, or similar reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • For returns due to damaged or defective products or other seller-related issues, return shipping costs will be covered by RitKeep.

 

Our Return Process System:

➤➤ Step 1 - Send Request

Contact RitKeep at support_eu@ritkeep.com to initiate a return. Upon approval, we will provide you with the necessary instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
  • If items are damaged or used after inspection, they cannot be returned.
  • For returns due to RitKeep's fault, we will provide you with a prepaid return label within 3 business days.

➤➤ Step 2 – Return Information

Complete the "Returns" section on the packing slip or include a detailed return note with your package, containing the following:

  • Your preference for a refund or exchange.
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • Order number.
  • Your return address (if you require an exchange).

    Note: Returns without proper documentation may be delayed or not processed at all. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. RitKeep does not guarantee receipt of your return.


    ➤➤ Step 3 - Inspection

    • The product's outer packaging is complete;
    • The returned product is still in its original purchase condition and meets the conditions for resale.
    • The product's surface shows no scratches, wear/damage, dents, signs of use, etc. The product must retain its original quality and function.
    • The product comes with accessories, and the accessories should be complete;

    ➤➤ Step 4 - Refunds

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned items.

    • Customs duties and additional fees are not refundable.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
