Please note that our warranty does not cover the maintenance and upkeep of any product or dumbbell. We recommend that you properly maintain and care for your product for a lifetime of use.
**The warranty against bending does not apply to bars damaged by negligent or incorrect use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Improper dropping of the bar (e.g., dropping the bar onto a box, bench, spotter arms, or pegs in a power rack, excessive dropping with inadequate or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping onto concrete or similar surfaces, and similar uses) is also considered negligent or incorrect use. Any specific issues with a RitKeep product that result in customer dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
